Clodagh Bowyer is in the upcoming comedy series, On the Lig, from Emmy award-winning writer/director, Niall McKay, to be premiered at the 2015 NY & LA Irish Film Festivals. Though born in Ireland, Clodagh was raised in Las Vegas, and is the daughter of Showband legend, Brendan Bowyer. After over a decade committed to her work with the New York Irish Consulate, alongside other Irish actors and dignitaries, building bridges between the U.S. and Ireland through arts organizations, universities, and theater, Clodagh recently relocated to Los Angeles. She is now working with the Los Angeles Irish Film Festival in the capacity of Deputy Director. In 2015, she completed her graduate degree, a Master’s in Irish & Irish American Studies with an emphasis on business, from New York University Glucksman Ireland House, & Stern Business School.
